AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS:  A significant portion of the activity of the Republic of Perilo is disaster response.  We would welcome agreements with other agencies, organizations, and micronations interested in participation either in our disaster exercises or our participation in your events.

INTERNATIONAL TREATIES AND CONVENTIONS:  The Republic of Perilo adheres to the relevant provisions or intent of the following larger world treaties and conventions:

Relative to the status of states:

• Montevideo Convention on Rights and Duties of States with the proviso that the Republic asserts that in Article 1 of the Convention, qualification (b), "a defined territory," may reasonably be met by an established and functional existence in the space of the Internet.

Relative to disasters:

• Tampere Convention on the Provision of Telecommunication Resources for Disaster Mitigation and Relief Operations
• ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response
• Inter-American Convention to Facilitate Disaster Assistance

Relative to war:

• The Roerich Pact: The Protection of Artistic and Scientific Institutions and Historic Monuments

INTERNATIONAL INITIATIVES FOR DISASTER LAWS AND STANDARDS:  The Republic of Perilo supports the following ongoing efforts for international approaches to disaster law, standards, and capacity building:

• International Disaster Response Law project of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies
• Hyogo Framework for Action 2005-2015
